Just as we have always cared about our pet's health and comfort, we are concerned with the safe and humane disposition of our pet after its passing. It is our mission to help you with some important decisions with a spirit of deep respect at a time which may be difficult.

We anticipate your concern by offering pet crematory services to sensibly answer this need. Cremation is the process of reducing the body of a pet by exposing it to intense heat. Through high heat and evaporation, the body is reduced to its basic mineral form. Although the remains are commonly called "ashes", the proper term is "cremains".

We can cremate pets of all sizes up to 500 lbs.

• Private Cremation, where only one animal is cremated at a time. The pet cremains are then returned to the pet owner in a temporary plastic container and includes a certificate of cremation and special tag with the identification number specifically for your animal. This process insures that your pet does get the individualized and private service you deserve. If you prefer, one of our Specialty Urns can be used for an additional charge.
  

Cremation services are available Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and pets may be received at anytime during regular office hours. You may leave us a message at anytime for Sunday, Holiday and After-Hours as messages are checked frequently each day. We can come and pick up your pet for a nominal fee. After hour fees apply.

You can ship your pet from anywhere in the world. If you travel with your pet or there are no local crematories, you can ship your pet to us.

All you need to do is the following:

• Wrap your pet in two heavy duty plastic bags
  
• Place your pet in a Styrofoam cooler packed in dry ice
  
• Enclose your name, address and your pet's name
  
• Ship your pet next day air by any overnight carrier to our address
